Fountain Point Solar update: Ohio Supreme Court

Supreme Court of Ohio - Case No. 2025-0075 In re Application of Fountain Point Solar Energy, L.L.C.

The Ohio Supreme Court met on November 18, 2025 as the next step in the above case. Attorneys from both sides were present to answer any questions the Justices had.

Now we wait for the Ohio Supreme Court to make its decision. This will occur in 2026.

We have no idea what the Court will rule, but we'll let you know as soon as we know.
